Do you offer OEM/private label services?

Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services including custom logos, colors, materials, and packaging. MOQ for OEM is 300 pairs, ODM is 500 pairs.

What certifications do your boots have?

Our products are REACH compliant, meet 94/11/EC labeling requirements, and are GPSR ready for EU market.

How long is the production lead time?

Sample production takes 7-10 days. Bulk production takes 30-45 days depending on order quantity and customization.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, sample pairs cost $50-80 each. The sample fee is fully refundable on your first bulk order of 100+ pairs.

Do you ship to all EU countries?

Yes, we ship to all EU countries via sea freight (35-50 days), air freight (10-15 days), or express courier (5-10 days). We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP terms.
